With a choice of benefit periods from one to six months with the option of one renewal, the SelecTemp is designed to protect you from a catastrophic loss when you're between jobs, just out of school, or any time you find yourself without medical insurance. Print, complete, and sign the application and send it with the premium check to the Blue Cross address on the application for almost immediate coverage – see the brochures for details.
